We carefully curate and inspect every item before listing it.
Each product description clearly states the condition, and we highlight any notable wear or flaws — no surprises here.
Because our pieces are pre-loved, minor signs of wear may be present and are part of their charm.
Yes. All garments are cleaned or refreshed before shipping.
However, we still recommend washing items before wearing, especially if you’re sensitive to detergents or fragrances.
Sizing & Fit
Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing, so we always recommend checking the measurements provided in the product description rather than relying solely on the tag size.

Most of our items are one-of-a-kind, meaning once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Occasionally, we may list similar styles, but exact restocks are extremely rare.

Yes — express UK shipping options are available at checkout where applicable. Orders placed before 1pm qualify for next-day UK delivery (excluding Saturdays).
All of our parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) from the UK. This means any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested by your local customs authority upon delivery.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as fees can vary depending on location and order value. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate or cover these charges on your behalf.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are often unique and vintage, we encourage customers to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.That said, returns may be accepted in line with our Returns Policy. Please ensure items are:

- Returned within the stated timeframe

If you’d like a different item, you’re welcome to return your original purchase for a refund (in line with our Returns Policy) and then place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
